If you haven’t had a chance to see all the pre-ceremony festivities for Karen & Michael’s wedding, you’ll want to go here first.

The FAB team:
– Planning and Decor: Jamie Sears of Simply Chic Events
– Floral Design: Philippa Tarrant
– Venue & Catering: Stephanie with Hotel Monaco
– Make-up: Kimberly Steele
– Cake Artist: Their dear friend Margot (tasty cake!)
– Entertainment: DJ Mike Blaufield (awesome!)
– Lighting: John Farr Lighting

While Bill got close-ups at ground-level, Anne captured the scene in the hotel’s courtyard from above.

Having lost her Dad a few years ago, Karen walked down the aisle with her Mom. So very touching.

We think Michael’s family was pretty proud, as well.

We’re pretty sure Michael’s dad had faith that we’d get the shot, but hey, it can’t hurt to have another angle, right? ;-D

High-fives all around!

The wind strikes again, this time with a suddenly wayward veil, but Michael came to the rescue!

Yea, he’s a fearless rockstar, too. 🙂

The entire wedding party was encouraged to do their own thing when entering to the announcements. One bridesmaid “went long” for a perfectly thrown bouquet pass. Probably wasn’t the application Philippa was thinking of when she put together the bouquets that morning, but it sure was fun to watch.

So love this shot Anne got of Michael’s Mom watching their first dance. One of our all-time favorites.

Move along, no embarrassing toasts here.

Karen & Michael’s fab planner Jamie Sears. Yea, she rocked this wedding!

The now-famous air guitar solo. Rockin’ it, she was. Awesome shot, Bill!

We stopped by their suite the next morning for a few minutes to capture a  little sliver of their very first day as Mr. & Mrs, which after all is said in done, is really what it’s all about. We love this shot that Anne took that morning, but that’s all we’re going to share with you.  Nothing X-rated mind you – we’re not those kind of photographers – but they’re images just for Karen & Michael.

Congratulations and best wishes for the wonderfully fun and fulfilled life you’re going to have together, k&m. We are so happy to have met you and your wonderful families, shared in your incredible day and thankful to call you dear friends. xoxo…a&b
